We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Apple devices for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You retain full ownership of all files and documents you process using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any files you process through the App do not violate any laws, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, or contain harmful or illegal content.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data obtained through third-party cloud service integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App may use third-party analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data for the purpose of improving the App. This data does not personally identify you.
The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may use anonymized data to serve relevant ads. We do not share your personal files or cloud service data with advertising networks.
The App processes files (PDFs, images, Word documents, etc.) to provide conversion, editing, merging, splitting, compression, and other document management features.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Ozeito SMC Private Limited or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property, except the limited license described in Section 1.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Ozeito SMC Private Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ozeito SMC Private Limited regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
